This course focuses on leading a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will practice executing and supporting PI Planning events, coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), building and supporting Agile teams and programs, empowering a Lean Portfolio, building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinating large solutions. The course prepares you for the certified SAFe® Agilist (SA) exam, in which you prove you have a skillset that’s in demand worldwide and can empower your enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace.
