Designed by key thought leaders who defined the discipline of agile coaching, the Agile Coaching certification verifies an understanding of the tools, skills and techniques needed to coach agile teams. Learners will be able to differentiate between teaching, mentoring, facilitating and coaching and determine when each is most effective. They will gain the skills needed to create a positive environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within a team as a consultant, leader or coach.
This knowledge-based certification was designed for agile coaches and aspiring coaches who have a passion for servant leadership and a desire to learn and practice facilitation, professional coaching, mentoring and teaching in service of agile teams.
