Scrum is currently the most popular Agile framework. We offer this class to prepare interested consultants to achieve the Professional Scrum Master (“PSM”) certification and gain real-world knowledge. Our course covers the principles and process theory behind the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master. As more of our clients adopt the Agile principles of Scrum, our skilled consultants will be prepared to help our clients achieve their highest level of performance. This course was originally only available in Chicago and is now available virtually to Daugherty. Upon completion of this course, participants can take the Professional Scrum Master exam at scrum.org.
